Service Description
When you're facing a tank issue with your RV, Wandering Moose RV has you covered with our emergency call out service. Just call us directly, and we'll rush to your location to get you back on the road with peace of mind. Our call out rates are higher, but don't let an RV issue ruin your plans, call us for emergency help anytime. All after hours emergency call outs are to be paid up front and non refundable please contact us first by phone
Cancellation Policy
-To reschedule or cancel your service, please contact us 2 hours prior to your scheduled time. We will work with you to get you taken care of if you reach out to us. You will be charged a $30.00 surcharge at the time of refund if you cancel after a 1-hour period before your scheduled appointment -For non-local customers outside of 50 miles from Elko, Nv There will be charged flat rate of $80 for travel time - after hours emergency call out: please call us before ordering online so we can make proper arrangements with you. -For tank cleaning services, RV must be hooked up to a legal in ground sewer/ dump station. *Failure to do so would result in unsanitary conditions* - axle bearing services vairy by manufacture, we may not carry all brands and sizes for your axles, please contact us so we can order what you need.
