When you're facing a tank issue with your RV, Wandering Moose RV has you covered with our emergency call out service. Just call us directly, and we'll rush to your location to get you back on the road with peace of mind. Our call out rates are higher, but don't let an RV issue ruin your plans, call us for emergency help anytime. All after hours emergency call outs are to be paid up front and non refundable please contact us first by phone
Cancellation Policy
-To reschedule or cancel your service, please contact us 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. You will be charged a $50.00 surcharge at the time of refund if you cancel after the 24 hour period. -For non-local customers please order a non local charge with your service as we flat rate charge for travel expenses. - after hours emergency call out: please call us before ordering online so we can make proper arrangements with you. -For tank cleaning services, RV must be hooked up to a legal in ground sewer/ dump station . *failure to do so would result in unsanitary conditions*
